Bowen Fu

Research interests: network science, system reliability engineering, percolation theory, critical infrastructure

Bowen Fu obtained his bachelor’s degree in system science and control in 2012, and his master’s degree in complex systems reliability in 2015, both from Beihang University in Beijing, China. Bowen’s research interest is in the interconnection between system reliability engineering and network science. He is currently working on identification of reliability-related network properties, evaluation of system component importance, and reliability/resilience evaluation methods, enhancement and recovery. He enjoys sports, such as badminton, racquetball, table tennis, billiards, tennis, frisbee, swimming, and fishing. He also likes visiting different places to explore good food and sightseeing, as well as playing board games with friends.
